Sweet heat pepper sauce is made in small batches with fresh ingredients all sourced locally with zero artificial additives.
Scotch bonnet peppers, garlic, carrots and onion are oven roasted and blended with mango. Additional spices added are pimento, szechuan pepper, sugar and salt. We use a minimal amount of champagne vinegar and lemon juice to give a milder tangy flavor.
